Writer's Block: Abandon hope, all ye who answered this; there's a good chance I already banned ye

Do you think Web sites containing "adult content" should be legally required to post warnings? How would you personally define the rating scale? Do you fear this would place a chill on free/creative expression?
YES. They must post warnings, because not everyone is looking for porn 24/7. In fact, I personally don't want to even see cussing (and there are people who agree, even though they seem to be few and far between), so people should warn about that too.

Now excuse me while I go ban quite a few people.

EDIT: I might as well mention that unlike my usual policy of only unscreening comments with cussing if I have a reply to them, I won't unscreen ANY comments with cussing on this entry.
